Fabric must be tagged with your company name, P.O. number, side mark and our acknowledgment number if known.
We accept only 54” wide upholstery fabrics. We can in no way be responsible for COM quality as to flaws or defects and therefore assume no liability for the physical properties of these fabrics. However, we do inspect fabrics while cutting for obvious defects. Since some fabrics are to suitable for use on our products, we reserve the right to refuse to apply a COM if we feel it in inadequate for upholstery purposes.
We will not accept leather or vinyl’s.
If you require a special application for the COM, you must specify how the COM is to be applied. If no instructions are given, we will apply the fabric at our discretion. Carter will not be responsible for anticipating your wishes unless specific cutting instructions are given prior to cutting.
